We want to make your care as straightforward as possible. Below you'll find information about the insurance plans we accept, payment options, and pricing at Align & Shine. Because coverage varies by individual plan, we're happy to help you understand your benefits and what to expect before your visit.

Insurance coverage varies by plan, and benefits can change. We recommend contacting your insurance provider or our office to verify your specific chiropractic benefits, copay, deductible, and coverage before your visit. Were you injured in a car accident?

Oregon auto insurance may provide Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage for medical treatment. Learn more about our Auto Injury Care and how to get started.

Out-of-pocket/Self-Pay:

For those not covered under insurance, or with limited benefits, we have very affordable cash pay options through a discount medical plan called Chiro Health USA. We believe everyone should be able to get the care they deserve. Sign up here. Once enrolled, New patient exams and treatments are $99. Returning patient treatments are $49. We have discounts on other therapies too including massage therapy, laser, shockwave, roller table, and exercise therapies.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the providers day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be automatically charged a cancellation fee of $50 as we are unable to bill insurance for missed appointments.

Patients that are more than 15 minutes late are considered a no show and will be charged a cancellation fee.
